Janet
O’Connor, Owner and President of O’Connor
Creative provides a full range of marketing services
and special events focused primarily on individuals
and companies working in the 1031 and Tenant-in-
Common industry and small to medium sized businesses.
With almost a decade of experience that began as one of
the founding employee shareholders at Triple Net
Properties, Janet started in the company’s marketing
department and quickly proved to be a valuable
asset winning company recognition and establishing solid
relationships within the broker dealer community.
In 2003, she helped with the start up of marketing and
promotional efforts for Mammoth Equities Capital Group,
LLC with President Russ Colvin and later joined Colvin
with branding CORE Realty Holdings in early 2005.
Through strategic alliances she had within the industry,
O’Connor was instrumental with helping to raise more
than $18 million for the company and helped them
achieve greater awareness through an active media
and publicity campaign. In the fall of 2006, Janet
launched her own company to bring “one stop shopping”
for those clients who lack the time or resources to hire
a full time marketing staff. These services include
graphic design, customized database research, printing
and mailing services, media and publicity, trade show
exhibits and special events.
